Transfer
of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑251‑0 (3), between the City of
St. Charles and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred that portion
of Iowa 251 from Morgan Street easterly and northeasterly to the east
corporation line of St. Charles to city jurisdiction on November 24, 1980.
Transfer
of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑251‑0 (2), between Madison County
and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred that portion of Iowa 251
from the east corporation line of the City of St. Charles northeasterly and
easterly to the Madison‑Warren county line near the NE Corner Section 24‑T75N‑R26W
to county jurisdiction on September 15, 1980.
